As a former Senior Operations Manager at Asian Heart & Vascular Centre, his key contribution was his leadership in accelerating the Group Digital Transformation plan which adopts virtual consultation on telemedicine platforms and medication delivery service for both local and regional patients. The success in this plan led to process efficiency and provided convenience for the patients, minimizing their risk of exposure in visiting clinics.
Prior to joining Asian Heart & Vascular Centre , he was managing Oncology Specialist Group operations with Parkway Cancer Centre and ICON SOC Singapore.
His expertise is in developing operations infrastructure which includes project requirement and analysis, project management and managing daily operations.
